Quick Pickle Caper Sauce
We love using pickles in new ways. This recipe takes our Habanero Horseradish Dills to the next level by transforming our most popular pickle into a quick pickle caper sauce. Serve it on crispy fish for the ultimate chef's kiss.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 The Real Dill Habanero Horseradish Dills pickle spear, diced plus 1 tbsp pickle brine to thin out the sauce
- 1 tbsp capers
- salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Refrigerate. Yes, it's that simple!
