Burrata Crostini with Mortadella and Dill Pickles

A winning combination of salty mortadella, creamy burrata cheese, and tangy, garlicky pickles. These delicate, but vivacious, toasts are a perfect indulgence before a meal.
Ingredients:

1 baguette, sliced thin

1/4 lb mortadella, sliced thin

1 ball of Burrata cheese, torn into small pieces

Whole grain mustard
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Toast thin baguette slices on a parchment lined baking sheet until they begin to crisp, about 10-12 minutes.

Top each slice with a piece of burrata, some mustard, and diced Caraway Garlic Dills pickles.

Place crostini on a platter and serve.
