How do I join the Pickle Points Club?

To join the Pickle Points Club, you need to create an account. To become a valid member, you must provide complete and accurate contact information. Don't forget to sign in when you complete your orders so you receive your points. Ready to sign up? Join now

Does it cost money to join?

Our rewards program is completely free! Think of the program as a way for us to say thank you for being awesome. 

Do I have to log into my account to receive points for my purchase?

Yes. If you aren't signed in at checkout, your points will not be added to your account.

Can I transfer my points? 

The points you earn belong to you and cannot be transferred to anyone else. 

What if my information changes, and I need to update my account?

Please contact us immediately if your address or other contact information changes. We will make sure we keep your account up to date. Please do not create a second account. If we find there are duplicate accounts under the same name, we will terminate all of the accounts associated with that name. 

How do I redeem my points?

You can spend your points by logging into your customer account and then clicking on the Pickle Points launcher. Under the 'Rewards' section, you can click 'Redeem' next to the reward that you want to claim.

When do my points expire? 

Your points expire 365 days after they are earned. Don't worry, we'll send you a reminder when you're approaching your expiration date! 

If I close my account, do I lose my points?

Yes. Points are reduced to zero if you cancel your rewards membership. 

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn? 

The sky's the limit! Collect a many points as you'd like.
