A classic chili recipe with an extra spicy kick! Extra Spicy Bloody Mary Mix adds a huge punch of flavor to this hearty dish. With a few basic pantry and fridge items, you can whip it up in no time.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef
 
- 1 can kidney beans
 
- 1 can pinto beans
 
- 1 can diced tomatoes
 
- 1 medium onion, diced
 
- 1 1/2 cups The Real Dill Extra Spicy Bloody Mary Mix
 
- 3 tbsp. chili powder
 
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
 
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire 
 
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
 
- 1 tbsp. tomato paste
 
- Salt
 
- Optional toppings: sour cream, chopped chives and shredded cheese
 
 Directions:
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in a dutch oven.
 
- Sauté onion until it begins to soften, about 5-6 minutes
 
- Add meat and brown all over and season with a few pinches of salt. Then, mix in tomato paste, garlic and chili powder.
 
- Pour in remaining ingredients, season with more salt
 
- Bring mixture to a gentle boil, and then reduce to a simmer. Partially cover the pot and cook, stirring occasionally, until chili begins to thicken - at least one hour.
 
- Season with salt as needed and top with garnishes of choice like sour cream, shredded cheese and chives.
