Bloody Mary Chili

A classic chili recipe with an extra spicy kick! Extra Spicy Bloody Mary Mix adds a huge punch of flavor to this hearty dish. With a few basic pantry and fridge items, you can whip it up in no time.


  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 1/2 cups The Real Dill Extra Spicy Bloody Mary Mix
  • 3 tbsp. chili powder
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire 
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. tomato paste
  • Salt
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, chopped chives and shredded cheese


  1. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a dutch oven.
  2. Sauté onion until it begins to soften, about 5-6 minutes
  3. Add meat and brown all over and season with a few pinches of salt. Then, mix in tomato paste, garlic and chili powder.
  4. Pour in remaining ingredients, season with more salt
  5. Bring mixture to a gentle boil, and then reduce to a simmer. Partially cover the pot and cook, stirring occasionally, until chili begins to thicken - at least one hour.
  6. Season with salt as needed and top with garnishes of choice like sour cream, shredded cheese and chives.
