Oven "Fried" Pickles


  • 7-8 The Real Dill Caraway Garlic Dill pickle spears (or flavor of choice), patted dry
  • 1/4 cup hummus
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F 
  2. Line a baking sheet with a nonstick mat or parchment paper 
  3. Whisk together oil, hummus, salt, and pepper in a large bowl 
  4. Add pickle spears and toss to coat
  5. Spread evenly on baking sheet and bake for 15 min
  6. Flip pickles and bake or an additional 15 min until crispy
