Bloody Mary Rimming Spice Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 lbs Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 3 tbsp flavorless, high heat oil (we like sunflower or avocado oil)
  • 1 tbsp The Real Dill Bloody Mary Rimming Spice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Cut the stems off the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut the remaining sprout in half, peeling away any dirty leaves
  3. Place Brussels sprouts halves, oil, Bloody Mary Rimming Spice and garlic powder in a mixing bow. Toss and coat
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  5. Spread Brussels sprouts in an even layer on the baking sheet
  6. Roast Brussels sprouts oven for about 10 min.
  7. Toss and flip over to cook the other side for 15 min or until Brussels sprouts are crisp
  8. Serve with creamy Green Chile Hot Sauce aioli
