Creamy Green Chile Hot Sauce Aioli


  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp dijon mustard
  • Juice from 2 lemons
  • 11/2 cups avocado oil (or any flavorless oil)
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup (or more) The Real Dill Green Chile Hot Sauce


  1. Add egg yolks, garlic, salt, mustard, lemon juice, and black pepper to a blender or food processor
  2. Blend on high until everything is mixed through
  3. Slowly stream in oil and blend on high until thick
  4. Transfer contents into a mixing bowl. Mix in Green Chile Hot Sauce. Adjust amount depending on desired heat level
  5. Enjoy on your favorite sandwich, as a dipping sauce for grilled meat or vegetables, and on potatoes
