Bloody Mary Pulled Chicken Nachos



  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees 
  2. In a cast iron skillet or baking sheet, layer half of the tortilla chips
  3. Top with 3 oz. of cheese, half of the chicken, and half of the black beans
  4. Repeat with second layer
  5. Top with remaining 2 oz. of cheese 
  6. Put in oven for 10 min. or until the cheese is melted 
  7. Top with 1 cup diced tomatoes, 2 tbsp chopped cilantro, 1/2 cup chopped green onion, sliced jalapeño, a generous pour of Green Chile Hot Sauce, and dollop of sour cream 
  8. Sprinkle with 1 tsp Bloody Mary Rimming Spice 
  9. Serve with lime wedges
