In a cast iron skillet or baking sheet, layer half of the tortilla chips
Top with 3 oz. of cheese, half of the chicken, and half of the black beans
Repeat with second layer
Top with remaining 2 oz. of cheese
Put in oven for 10 min. or until the cheese is melted
Top with 1 cup diced tomatoes, 2 tbsp chopped cilantro, 1/2 cup chopped green onion, sliced jalapeño, a generous pour of Green Chile Hot Sauce, and dollop of sour cream
