Bloody Mary Pulled Chicken



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 
  2. In a gallon plastic bag, combine chicken thighs, 1 tbsp Bloody Mary Rimming Spice, lime juice, 1 tsp salt. Shake to coat 
  3. Place olive oil in a large, oven-proof pan on medium high heat
  4. Once hot, add chicken thighs and sprinkle with additional 1/2 tbsp of Bloody Mary Rimming Spice on side that's face up
  5. Brown on both sides about 2-4 min 
  6. Flip and repeat
  7. Remove chicken and add 1 cup of Bloody Mary Mix to the pan 
  8. Place chicken on top of the Bloody Mary Mix, cover with lid, and place in the oven for 1 hour
  9. Remove chicken and let cool
  10. Pull chicken and toss with remaining 1 tbsp of Bloody Mary Rimming Spice. Adjust seasoning as needed
