Loaded Green Chile Fries

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees 
  2. Toss white sweet potato with avocado oil and place on baking sheet
  3. Roast in oven for 15-20 min. 
  4. Toss ground beef with Green Chile Hot Sauce in a cast iron skillet
  5. Brown until beef is cooked through 
  6. Assemble fries on a serving dish, sprinkle with Bloody Mary Rimming spice and top with Green Chile beef, avocado, green onions, cilantro, and cheese 
  7. For vegan and paleo nacho cheese, try this recipe
