Fresh Cut | Gin Cocktail

This extremely bright and refreshing cocktail really highlights the acidity of leftover Pickle Brine. This cocktail is as easy to drink as it is to make. Perfect for a warm day while sitting outside.

  • 1 1/2 oz Gin
  • 3/4 oz Lillet Blanc
  • 1/2 oz Pickle Brine from any jar of The Real Dill Pickles (we prefer Habanero Horseradish Dills)
  • 1 slice serrano pepper (optional)
  • splash of Club Soda
  • cucumber slice for garnish


  1. Combine first three ingredients, plus serrano slice if you want to add some heat, and shake with ice
  2. Strain and pour into your glass
  3. Add splash of Club Soda
  4. Add ice
  5. Garnish with a fresh cucumber slice
