Dill Pickle Hummus

Here is an unexpected, briny take on a classic, creamy, vegan hummus. It's tangy, salty (but not too salty), and bursting with pickle flavor. Whip it up in under 10 minutes and snack on this dip every time the pickle cravings come. This recipe was shared by our friend and healthy recipe creator Diva from Food Allergy Diva.

Directions:
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour hummus into a serving dish and top with olive oil. Serve with pita chips, pickle spears, and fresh veggies.
