Boozy Bloody Mary Wings

Ingredients:
- 1 cup The Real Dill Bloody Mary Mix
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 1/4 cup sunflower oil (or other flavorless, high heat oil)
- 1.5 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tbsp horseradish
- 1 tbsp celery salt
- 1 tbsp dried dill
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
Directions:
- Whisk together all of the ingredients except for the wings
- Once combined, add wings to the bowl
- Cover and leave in the fridge for at least one hour
- After an hour, preheat the oven to 425 degrees
- Remove the wings from the marinade and place on parchment lined baking sheet
- Put the baking sheet in the oven and roast the wings for 45 min. or until golden brown
- While the wings are roasting, pour the remaining marinade in a saucepan
- Bring to a simmer and cover until reduced half way
- When the wings are golden brown, remove them from the oven and brush them with reduced marinade
- Put the wings back in the oven and broil on high for 3-5 min
- Serve with Dilly Dipping Sauce
