Boozy Bloody Mary Wings


  • 1 cup The Real Dill Bloody Mary Mix
  • 1/4 cup vodka
  • 1/4 cup sunflower oil (or other flavorless, high heat oil)
  • 1.5 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp horseradish
  • 1 tbsp celery salt
  • 1 tbsp dried dill
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Whisk together all of the ingredients except for the wings
  2. Once combined, add wings to the bowl
  3. Cover and leave in the fridge for at least one hour
  4. After an hour, preheat the oven to 425 degrees
  5. Remove the wings from the marinade and place on parchment lined baking sheet
  6. Put the baking sheet in the oven and roast the wings for 45 min. or until golden brown
  7. While the wings are roasting, pour the remaining marinade in a saucepan
  8. Bring to a simmer and cover until reduced half way
  9. When the wings are golden brown, remove them from the oven and brush them with reduced marinade
  10. Put the wings back in the oven and broil on high for 3-5 min
  11. Serve with Dilly Dipping Sauce
