Bloody Mary Rimming Spice Street Corn

Ingredients:
- 3 ears of corn
- 1 tsp. high heat oil such as avocado, canola, or sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp. mayo
- 3 tbsp. sour cream
- Juice from 1 lime
- 1/2-3/4 tsp. The Real Dill Bloody Mary Rimming Spice
- 4 tbsp. cotija cheese
- Cilantro
Directions:
- Shuck and lightly oil corn.
- Grill corn until there is a golden char on each side. Set aside to cool.
- Once corn is cool, cut off the cob.
- In a large bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, lime juice, and Bloody Mary Rimming Spice.
- Fold in corn and mix through.
- Sprinkle cotija on top of the corn mixture.
- Top with a squeeze of lime, sprinkle of Bloody Mary Rimming Spice, and cilantro leaves.
