Bloody Mary Rimming Spice Street Corn

Ingredients:

  • 3 ears of corn
  • 1 tsp. high heat oil such as avocado, canola, or sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp. mayo
  • 3 tbsp. sour cream
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 1/2-3/4 tsp. The Real Dill Bloody Mary Rimming Spice
  • 4 tbsp. queso fresco, crumbled
  • Cilantro

Directions:

  1. Shuck and lightly oil corn.
  2. Grill corn until there is a golden char on each side. Set aside to cool.
  3. Once corn is cool, cut off the cob. 
  4. In a large bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, lime juice, and Bloody Mary Rimming Spice.
  5. Fold in corn and mix through. 
  6. Sprinkle queso fresco on top of the corn mixture.
  7. Top with a squeeze of lime, sprinkle of Bloody Mary Rimming Spice, and cilantro leaves.
