Bloody Mary Rimming Spice Roasted Veggies

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch carrots
  • 1 large or 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1 bunch green onion
  • 1 turnip
  • 1/4- 1/2 cup Olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1/4 cup The Real Dill Bloody Mary Rimming Spice
  • Note: feel free to use any vegetables that you like to roast. Broccoli, cauliflower, potatoes, beets, etc. would all be great. Adjust oil and Bloody Mary Rimming Spice ratio depending on how many vegetables you use.

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Peel carrots and remove the top leaves
  3. Peel sweet potatoes and slice
  4. Wash and cut off the bottoms of the green onions
  5. Peel and slice turnip
  6. Toss prepared vegetables with oil and sprinkle liberally with Bloody Mary Rimming Spice
  7. Spread evenly on baking sheet (we like to put vegetables with similar cook times on the same baking sheet)
  8. Put in the oven and flip over when vegetables are halfway cooked (each type of vegetable has a different cook time, so keep an eye on the oven while they're cooking)
  9. Remove from the oven and serve on a party tray with aioli, slice and put them in a salad, or eat as is!
