Bloody Mary Rimming Spice Potato Wedges

Ingredients:
  • 3 large sweet potatoes
  • 3 large russet potatoes 
  • 3 tbsp The Real Dill Bloody Mary Rimming Spice
  • 3 tbsp high heat oil (we like sunflower or avocado) 
Directions:
  1. Wash potatoes to remove any dirt on the skin (do not peel)
  2. Cut into wedges
  3. Place in large pot and add cold water to cover
  4. Boil on high for 3-5 min
  5. Drain in colander and allow to steam for minimum 5 minutes (preferably until they completely stop steaming)
  6. Toss cooled potatoes with Bloody Mary Rimming Spice and oil 
  7. Bake in air fryer for 20 minutes at 400 degrees or in the oven for 40 minutes at 400 degrees (or until crispy)
  8. Serve with Dilly Dipping Sauce

* You may need to boil potatoes in batches depending on the size of your pot

* You can boil potatoes and store in the fridge for a day or two before baking
