Bloody Mary Rimming Spice Potato Wedges

Ingredients:
- 3 large sweet potatoes
- 3 large russet potatoes
- 3 tbsp The Real Dill Bloody Mary Rimming Spice
- 3 tbsp high heat oil (we like sunflower or avocado)
Directions:

Wash potatoes to remove any dirt on the skin (do not peel)
- Cut into wedges

Place in large pot and add cold water to cover

Boil on high for 3-5 min

Drain in colander and allow to steam for minimum 5 minutes (preferably until they completely stop steaming)
- Toss cooled potatoes with Bloody Mary Rimming Spice and oil
- Bake in air fryer for 20 minutes at 400 degrees or in the oven for 40 minutes at 400 degrees (or until crispy)
- Serve with Dilly Dipping Sauce
* You may need to boil potatoes in batches depending on the size of your pot
* You can boil potatoes and store in the fridge for a day or two before baking
