We love Bloody Marys, but sometimes you need something a bit lighter and brighter. Try this for a lighter, more refreshing take on everyone's favorite brunch drink.
1.5 oz Vodka (Our preference: Breckenridge Distillery Pepper Vodka)
.25 oz Bianco or Dry Vermouth
1 oz Pickle Brine from any of The Real Dill pickles (we prefer Habanero Horseradish Dills)
3 oz The Real Dill Bloody Mary Mix, strained
.25 oz fresh lime juice
2 dashes bitters (preferably Celery Bitters)
Salt, or spice mix for rim
Garnish w Lime Wedge
Combine Vodka, Vermouth, Pickle Brine, strained Bloody Mary Mix, and fresh lime juice in a tin and shake with ice. Strain either over fresh ice in a rocks glass or up in a chilled martini glass with a salted or spicy rim. Top with a couple dashes of bitters and garnish with a lime wedge.
