Pickle Party 2019 Recap

We had a blast at our 2019 Pickle Party! Thank you to everyone who came out and made the event so special. We are thrilled to announce that with your generous support, we raised $12,371.58 for our Charitable Partner, The GrowHaus! These funds will go a long way to support the important work that this organization does for our community, and we encourage you to stay up to date on volunteer, fundraising, and event opportunities.

And one more huge shout out to our amazing partners, Stem Ciders, Odell Brewing Co., Snooze, Tender Belly, Bear Creek Distillery, Teakoe Tea, Radical Sasquatch, Adobo Food Truck, Glazed and Confuzed, The Raritans, Savory Spice Shop, Gleam Car Wash, Baere Brewing, bRUNch Running, Morgan Handmade Rations, Crooked Stave Artisan Beer Project, Pub & Grub Creative, Edwards Meats, Seattle Fish Co., Harmonic Media, Queen City Coffee Collective, Spangalang Brewery, Veronica Lee Photo, and The Brewtography Project. We love you guys!

We thank you again from the bottom of our hearts, and stay tuned for our 2020 Pickle Party announcement, coming spring/summer 2020!

Until then, here are several ways you can get involved:

  • Help The GrowHaus reach their goal of 100 También Members this summer!
    • También, which means "also" or "too" in Spanish, started with the idea that people all across Denver could come together to support our neighbors in Globeville and Elyria-Swansea. By giving a little bit every month, people can show their solidarity with our community and reaffirm that access to healthy food should be a right for all, not a privilege for some. Click here for more information.
  • Pick a program that you're passionate about and donate to it!
  • $20 provides a fresh, healthy food box to a family in Elyria-Swansea.
  • $50 supports three hours of food deliveries to home-bound residents.
  • $100 runs the no-cost food pantry and cooking class for one week.
  • $250 would allow the daily market to serve residents on Sundays for a full month.
  • Check out the volunteer opportunities that are listed on The GrowHaus' website.
