When do my points expire?
Your points expire 365 days after they are earned. Don not worry, we will send you a reminder when you are approaching your expiration date!
If I close my account, do I lose my points?
Yes. Points are reduced to zero if you cancel your rewards membership.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

Can I combine discounts earned through the Pickle Points Club with other discounts?
Unfortunately, all discounts earned by redeeming loyalty points are only valid on full priced items. For example, if an item is discounted or marked "sale," you may not apply any additional discounts. You also cannot apply multiple discount codes on the same purchase.
I had to cancel my order that contained a reward from my Pickle Points Club account. Can I get my reward back?
Yes you can! Just be sure to drop us a note when you cancel so we can credit your points back to your account.
I received a refund for some items in my order. Can I keep the points earned from my purchase?
When you return an item, any loyalty points that you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your rewards account.
Can I earn points on purchases from other retailers or stores?
No. Points are only earned on purchases made directly from therealdill.com.
