Supply Chain Shortages

Unfortunately, like many businesses, we are experiencing supply chain shortages due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Due to a paper shortage, we are currently out of some of the materials we need to ship orders that contain more than 7 items. If you place an order with more than 7 items, there will be a shipping delay until these materials are back in stock. Right now, we anticipate it lasting until the end of August, but this is subject to change.

We ship all of our orders in custom packaging to ensure that they arrive safely to your shipping destination. As a result, we are unable to find an alternative solution while we wait for our shipping materials to become available again.

If you would like your order to ship in the usual timeframe, please make sure it is 7 items or less. If you need help modifying an order, please send us an email at support@therealdill.com.
