We believe depth of flavor should be earned, not engineered. While most "smoky" mixers rely on chemical extracts and liquid smoke, we stayed in the kitchen — choosing to build a robust, savory profile using real heat and whole produce. We start with whole poblano peppers, fire-roasting them in-house to capture a sophisticated, charred sweetness that a lab simply cannot replicate. We build upon that foundation with layers of earthy chipotle and smoked paprika, creating a dense, umami-rich body that holds its own against the boldest spirits.
