Orders usually ship after 1–3 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description. During the holiday season (November-December), processing times may take longer than usual due to an influx in orders. We ship through FedEx, and unfortunately, we cannot offer guaranteed ship times. After leaving our facility, FedEx typically delivers in 2–4 business days, however transit times may be delayed by FedEx during the holiday season. Once your order is in FedEx's possession, we can't control how long it will take to arrive at your location. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has shipped.
In case of extremely cold weather, we reserve the right to withhold shipping for as long as needed to prevent product from freezing and breaking in transit.
We make an effort to process orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is in FedEx's possession, we can't control how long it will take to arrive at your location. We also cannot make any changes to orders, and we can't make guaranteed deliveries. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can calculate an expedited shipping quote for you.
All orders must be placed by December 13, 2024 for guaranteed arrival by Christmas. Many orders placed after that date will still arrive prior to Christmas, but without a guarantee. We will make every effort possible to ship every order as expeditiously as we possibly can.
There will be very limited shipping from December 25, 2023 - January 1, 2024. We will resume our normal work hours on January 2, 2024.
Please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel your order by emailing support@therealdill.com. We cannot cancel orders, once they have processed and shipped.
