Habanero Horseradish Dills
Yield: About 1 quart
- Pickled dill, garlic, and habanero (from your jar)
- Pickled horseradish (from your jar,) grated
- 1/2 cup pickle juice (from your jar)
- 3 cups Clamato (or your favorite tomato juice)
- 2 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbs. Sriracha sauce
- 2 tsp. sugar or honey
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- Juice from 1 lime or lemon
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend.
- Add to your favorite vodka, tequila, gin, or beer and garnish with a The Real Dill pickle.
